Naomi is an effective and adept programme lead for governance, rule of law, human rights and social development programmes, with working experience in North, West and East Africa, East and South East Asia and the Pacific. She has a specific interest in project design, strategy and monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), incorporating Problem Driven Iterative Adaptation (PDIA) approaches. As well as working with a wide range of international development, legal and private sector partners and clients, Naomi has developed experience in operations and management roles within growing third sector organizations. Half-British and half-Japanese by way of the Middle East and New Zealand, Naomi is a qualified English language teacher, an enrolled barrister and solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand and has an LLM in Human Rights, Conflict and Justice from SOAS, University of London. She is passionate about social justice and human rights.
