Nikita is an experienced consultant and project manager. She has managed a range of research and consultancy teams, overseeing critical quantitative and qualitative analysis, mapping exercises, methodology design and desk reviews. She has been central to the timely delivery of reviews within budget, highlighting risks with mitigation actions. Nikita has strong client management skills and maintains clear and open lines of communication.

Nikita has worked on a range of projects including a review on Modern Slavery and has experience working with vulnerable and at-risk groups and amplifying their voices in projects and reports. Nikita has worked on a number of projects addressing decoloniality and anti-racist approaches at an individual and organisational level.

She has co-developed the ‘Unlearning sessions’ which sought to guide an organisation to better understand how to implement anti-racist and decolonial practices in their work. Nikita holds a MA in Global Governance from the University of Waterloo, Balsillie School of International Affairs.
